POLICY:

Payment Policy:

Payments in Euros. We accept cash payments, cheques and bank transfers.
A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required to secure your booking.
The balance must be paid nine weeks prior to your arrival date.
Damage deposit: €200

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation with more than 6 weeks notice - refund in full.
Cancelation 4-6 weeks before arrival - we keep the 25% deposit.
Cancelation less than 4 weeks before arrival - no refund.

Rules: The property has to be left tidy. We keep some of the damage deposit back if we have to take rubbish out.
